FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Coming from years of producing & acting experience in the entertainment industry 

(NBC, CBS, Amazon Prime, Film), Mr.Torkildsen is an EMMY winning actor/producer, and business man. 

Seeing the pandemic taking hold of LA , he wanted to contribute to the fight, (particularly that of the underserved population) and signed on with Remedia Care Medical Corporation, offering to help however he could. Using his production experience and business savvy (managing teams and distributing funding for several projects) , Justin was able to set up and maintain the logistical efforts for multiple mobile vaccination and testing clinics all over Los Angeles County. His primary responsibilities being the establishment of mobile clinics, vaccine transport, and logistical support for hundreds of staff and hundreds of thousands of patients to provide and receive quality healthcare. He was instrumental in developing transportation, logistical, and procedural methods to get the much needed vaccine all over Los Angeles County. His communication and interpersonal skills are stellar and will be extremely beneficial in this new venture. 

Chief Medical Officer

Dr.Cadden is an infectious disease specialist in Los Angeles CA with 25 years of practice experience. (He also has 18 years in academics as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Southern California). 

Now president and CMO of Remedia Care Medical Corporation, a multi-specialty patient centered clinical care center in LA., Dr.Cadden served thousands of patients over the course of the pandemic. He and Remedia Care Medical Corporation, were responsible for helping to develop the COVID protocols for LA county

and in partnership with them, was able to both test and vaccinate a large percentage of the population. Dr. Cadden will be responsible for validating and reviewing each product we plan to bring to market, and will be instrumental in working with and educating the distributors and buyers of each new product released.

VICE PRESIDENT

Paxton has a decade of leadership experience working for Spring Mobile, previously a fully-owned subsidiary of GameStop and formerly the largest authorized retailer of AT&T in the nation.  He was involved in the company’s growth and expansion from when he started with Spring Mobile (about 60 stores in Colorado and Utah) to its peak, when the company operated over 1,500 locations nationwide.  As a Regional Director, Paxton had the opportunity to help scale the company and open new markets across the west coast, including the Greater Los Angeles, Sacramento and Seattle markets, while leading the company’s no-contract/prepaid division, which also included teams across Texas and Ohio.  In 2016, Paxton was the recipient of the Spring Mobile President’s Club Award.  In 2018, Paxton created a small sales and consulting company and brought his expertise to a variety of roles that have included direct sales, management consulting, business planning, and the like, to companies in an array of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, cannabis, retail and more.  His keen ability to strategically collaborate and build relationships has led to his effectiveness in ensuring desired goals are properly planned and objectives are executed efficiently to ultimately deliver for all stakeholders.

FDA & Clinical Trial Specialist

Gail L.Torkildsen M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist with extensive clinical trial and FDA approval experience. Dr. Torkildsen is a world leader in dry-eye and allergy clinical studies. She has served as primary investigator on over 150 clinical trials ,including  five FDA audits.  She has also authored or co-authored dozens of articles related to those clinical studies. Sponsoring clients of her research have included Pfizer, Allergan (now part of Abbvie), Johnson and Johnson, and many other companies, from major pharmaceuticals to small start ups. Interacting with the FDA on numerous studies, Torkildsen has developed a strong expertise in understanding and meeting the rigorous standards needed for drug or device approval by the FDA.
